At Nyasha's Promise we have developed programming for moms by moms to help best serve communities who need it the most. We offer trauma-informed, culturally competent direct service to expecting mothers in transition.

Baby Showers
We provide baby showers throughout NYC & Long Island throughout the year. Using this celebratory method we provide a safe space for moms to be showered in gifts and babies to be welcomed in love. Surrounded by community support, family and friends we utilize baby showers to give moms enrolled all the essentials needed for a newborn.
Workshops
We connect with local community partners to administer curated workshops to our expecting mothers. These workshops speak to the fundamentals of motherhood while also providing insights from both holistic professionals like Doulas and medical professionals like Labor & Delivery Nurses. Utilizing these strong advocates we empower mothers to make informed decisions about their maternal healthcare.
