Nicole Donnelly
Chief Compliance Officer
Nicole A. Donnelly, a native of Brooklyn, NY, embarked on her legal journey at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. During her time there, she interned at the Brooklyn ADA's Office, which ignited her passion for the legal field. After graduating, Nicole furthered her education at Touro College, Jacob D. Fuschberg Law Center. It was during this period that her dedication to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the legal profession grew significantly, as she actively participated in the Latin American Law Association and Phi Alpha Delta.
Nicole devoted her time to the Disaster Relief Clinic, where she assisted Suffolk County residents in obtaining FEMA Aid following the devastating Hurricane Sandy. Additionally, she provided support to individuals seeking to rebuild their lives through the Bankruptcy Clinic. Nicole also gained valuable experience as a clerk for a Criminal Court Judge in Suffolk County Supreme Court, helping juvenile delinquents reintegrate into society successfully.
Nicole's current role as an Estate Planning attorney allows her to bring a ray of hope into the lives of those facing difficult times. However, her humanitarian spirit truly shines as the Director of Operations for Nyasha's Promise. In this position, she selflessly dedicates her time and expertise to various aspects of the organization's growth, including new business development, securing funding, and crafting compelling grant proposals and concept notes for individual donors, foundations, and government agencies.
Nicole's collaboration with the Nyasha's Promise team goes beyond administrative tasks. She actively engages in prospect development, outreach, and relationship cultivation, ensuring that the organization's mission reaches as many people as possible. Her unwavering commitment to Nyasha's Promise's cause, coupled with her genuine desire to make a positive impact in her local community, has transformed her work into a true labor of love.

Alexandria is a dedicated student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. She actively contributes to her school community and has been heavily involved in multiple student programs including student senate, running social media for student clubs, and secretary for Veterans Resource Center. With a thriving career in social media,
Alexandria has been a content creator for over 3 years, collaborating with 50+ brands. Armed with two social media certifications, she specializes in crafting authentic and relatable content, driven by strategic thinking to engage and connect with her audience.

Jade Alexis is strategic planner with quality empirical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. With a passion for creating and identifying business opportunities; Jade-Alexis is proficient at building and maintaining equally beneficial relationships with potential, current and past clients as well as collaborating with executives on maximizing their business strategy and reach.
Her extensive background in talent acquisition, specializing in healthcare for over 7 years with micro-enterprises to publicly traded corporations nationwide have brought financial increase to both her applicants and the corporations she works with.
A volunteer at food banks and non profit organizations from a young age, Jade-Alexis later moved into administrative positions, outreach events and donor relations. Designing and delivering successful programs, handling project executions, team building, customer service, and performance management, among others. She exemplifies the core values of hard work, innovation, integrity, and growth, Jade-Alexis takes great joy in meeting and exceeding her client's needs.

Sabrina Anderson (26) is a native New Yorker who is a natural advocate championing issues from child welfare, homelessness, mental health and more. Her advocacy efforts grew as she did, taking inventory of the fragmented system around her and realizing the immense need for change.

Last year, Sabrina and her team launched a pilot baby shower to serve women in Brooklyn homeless shelters who were pregnant. After a successful pilot the team decided to build a program that would serve more women and build relationships with decisions makers to help amplify the need.
